Where is the price?
Due to the nature of data recovery jobs some can be complex and take some time. we quote depending on the job. we give a brake down of what has been preformed on the device and we quote before we start work on your device.

What if my data can not be recovered?
We believe in full transparency with the customer. if we can not recover your data we will not charge you. we operate on a no fix, no fee basis. and we will return your device promptly with a breakdown of what was tested.

How often can i request updates on my device?
You can request updates on your device anytime. if a technician is currently working on your device you might not receive a update until they are finished. this could take a few hours. however you will get a reply within 24 hours.

Will my device be fully functional when returned?
we can not guarantee a fully working device upon return of your device. in some cases we may be able to restor some functionality of the device. however we do not recommend you continue to use the device to store data.

How is my data returned to me?
we have a few options on how you can receive your data. once its ready to be returned to you we will contact you to see what method you prefer.
Original Device: if we deem the device stable enough we will return the device with the data ready to be extracted
Encrypted Drive: If your device is not functional we offer the option of sending you a USB/SSD that is encrypted. the passcode is send to your Email adress. this ensures if the drive gets lost in the mail your data will still be secure.
Online Download: We also offer the option for you to remotely download the data privately. only you will be given access to this download and the files will be permanently deleted once you confirm you have your data.
